RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your order is incorrect, please kontact us immediately at 404.578.0557 or kustomerservice@kingdomklothes.com.

All returns must be in the original, unwashed, unworn kondition that you received them in, with the tags attached to the shirt. Please include in the return a written statement specifying what you are returning and the reason for the return. Please let us know if you would like a refund or product exchange. If you would like an exchange, be sure to include the name, kolor and size of the desired replacement item. All exchanges must be for merchandise of equal or lesser value.  Products returned in damaged or unacceptable kondition will be returned to the kustomer without replacement or refund.

All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders are generally kompleted and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks based upon stock.  If your item is in stock, it will be shipped within 72 hours.  Please kontact us directly, if you require your item by a specific date. 

Kingdom Klothes uses United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (2-3 days) for all of our shipping needs. Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of your order and the USPS zone to which it will be shipped. USPS shipping zones are based upon the 5-digit zip code you provide us for the shipping address when you checkout using our online store. This price includes all packaging and handling fees that are necessary to ensure safe and speedy shipping to your location.

Please be advised that larger packages will be sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) based on the weight of your order.

Kingdom Klothes takes every precaution to protect its kustomers’ information.  We go through great lengths to make sure that your trust in us isn’t broken. We only kollect the information that is necessary for us to finish your order or to kontact you to update the status of your order.
